Agave is a natural multipurpose sweetener and Xagave is a unique blend of White Agave with Inulin (a pre-biotic fiber) extracted from the Blue Agave plant.  Xagave is raw and organic as it is produced at a temperature less than 118F.  Because of it's Low Glycemic Index (approx. 30), it is slowly absorbed into the body preventing spikes in blood sugar.
